The Department of Public Health Sciences is home to world-class researchers, tackling a diverse set of complex health issues and topics in the fields of epidemiology, biostatistics, population and public health, and health services.
Our faculty are also primary members of several health units at Queen's University campus. These include the Cancer Care and Epidemiology Division at the Queen's Cancer Research Institute, the Canadian Clinical Trials Group, IC/ES Queen's, the Queen's Centre for Health Services and Policy Research Group, the Centre for Studies in Primary Care, and more. See the Affiliated Research Groups page for further information.
Through our graduate programs, our committed and engaged faculty members mentor and support students to design and lead their own research, so our students can add their unique discoveries and contributions to the health research landscape.
